This picture shows a school in ye olde Sturbridge Village in 1830's New England . . . . teaching here would have been an adventure!
Clayton and Cooper loved visiting this schoolhouse, watching the tin-maker, learning about firing the musket and the work of the blacksmith . . . and more!

Visiting Maine
It was a quick trip to Maine this weekend to visit our property close-by Frenchman's Bay near Bar Harbor!
This photo is looking out from Elsa's Inn on the Harbor, B+B, in Prospect Harbor. (Elsa's: highly recommended . . . warm folks, lovely rooms and views, great breakfasts!) Congratulations to Megan and family on birth of new little baby boy! ;-)

California Reunion 2010

Everyone had a fabulous time and we were sad when it ended and time came to say good-bye! Here is a little touch of it all, including games for children and "grown-ups," like the challenging "Hip Hip Hooray" that required some coordination! (I lost badly.)

Most of the animals in the "Children's Petting Zoo" here have been injured . . . are very sweet and love to be touched and fed!

Steve's MIT MBA 5 year reunion: The daytime events . . . I went long as the travel "nanny" a.k.a. "Amma" to Clayton, "Gigi" to Cooper. 99% of the predicted 3 days of rain held off until the drive home. It was a beautiful weekend, Boston at its finest. Enjoy a 9 minute tour of Boston, by land and by water, such fun . . .
